Kia ora koutou friends of NZFW Champions 12.3 and Kai Commitment,

This month we have seen petitions for a national food strategy close (led by Champion Angela Clifford, Eat New Zealand) while others still calling for signatures. We've pored over the latest waste behaviour data, the start of a three year survey from MfE.We are looking forward to political panels, Auckland Climate Festival events and reflecting on a global food waste action campaign.

Our most discussed topic at the moment is on-farm food getting to people - secondary markets, surplus, gleaning, online marketplaces. Are you working on a solution?
