Following the Leading Action on Food Waste event, our focus is on turning the Prime Minister's Chief Science Advisors' recommendations on food waste into tangible action.
We have written to the Prime Minister and other key government ministers to share the top four interventions that we believe the government can act on now and see measurable results in food waste reduction within three years.

This is the kind of proactive leadership that drives real change—taking food waste recommendations straight to the Prime Minister shows a commitment to action rather than just discussion. What stands out to me is how addressing systemic issues like this requires leaders to manage competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and public scrutiny all at once. Navigating that level of complexity takes more than good intentions; it demands a clear framework for decision-making under pressure. We've faced similar high-stakes situations and found that a significant crisis management seminar & course for executives in Wellington, New Zealand equipped our leadership team with the tools to respond effectively when the spotlight is on.
