The Office of the Prime Minister’s Chief Science Advisor (OPMCSA) recently released a new report into food waste, with a particular focus on food waste value capture and diversion from landfill - including upcycling, animal feed, material recovery, nutrient recovery, and energy recovery.  It also contains several recommendations to government.
