Recently New Zealand has seen the rollout of Auckland's food scrap collection commence, Aotearoa Food Rescue Alliance (AFRA)' North Island Regional Hui, school holidays saw kids learning new recipes from Love Food Hate Waste and KiwiHarvest harnessed the collective power of NZ chef's to elevate the no food waste movement.

Our Executive Director, Kaitlin Dawson spoke at E Tipu: The Boma Agri Summit bringing the food loss and waste lens to our integral Agri community. Professor Miranda Mirosa, Champion and board chair delivered a deep dive into the food system as keynote at the WasteMINZ Summit in May.
